Pricing

AutoMagic Studios provides a very structured and affordable pricing plan for your Americommerce™ and SiteLINK™ development needs. Whether you are are in need of a few quick, simple, HTML and layout fixes, or in-depth developmental or API Driven changes, the pricing structure remains the same for all types of work!

Per Incident / Contract Fees

AutoMagic Studios charges a flat hourly rate of $100.00 per hour for design and development work purchased "on the fly" This gives you the freedom to choose when you want to do your development. Hourly rates are billed in minimum increments of 15 minutes at a time.

Warranty and Return information

Contracted plans are covered under a 30 day limited warranty from the project completion (when the work is signed off by the client via email consent).

All work that must be done on a client's site (specific to the scope of the contract) during this time frame will be done at no additional cost. If for any reason during this time, you are unsatisified with the outcome of your project, then you may request a full refund for our services. Before giving a refund, we will attempt to correct the issue at hand in good faith and try to reach an agreement. If no such agreement can be made, then we will refund 100% of your purchase. At this time, all services rendered will be undone from your site, and it will be restored to its original condition.

Pre-Paid Plans

For those out there who have a "laundry list" set of developmental or design changes, a pre-paid plan is definitely your best choice for cost and time effectiveness. Pre-Paid hours are billed at a rate of $75.00 per hour. Pre-paid hours may be purchased and redeemed at any time, as they do not expire. Any work performed under pre-paid time will be itemized and emailed to you with a balance of time remaining on your plan to help you keep track of what work you have received.

Warranty and Return information

Prepaid plans are not covered under warranty. With Prepaid plans, your are purchasing time (in advance) for various web-related services that may be debited at any time from your account. Prepaid plans do not expire in any way. If you are unsatisfied with any work done under a prepaid plan, there are no refunds, but the time invested can be exchanged towards any other project. For example, if you request updates to your homepage that take one hour to do and you are not pleased with the outcome, then that one hour will be credited back to your account and the homepage will be restored to its original condition. All technical support issues, research and trouble shooting on prepaid plans will be debited from your account balance. 

Monthly Plans

For clients that regularly need updates and changes done to their site, but do not have an in-house webmaster / SEO Specialist - monthly rates are available. Monthly packages of up to 20 hours per month may be purchased at a rate of $50.00 per hour. Similarly to the Pre-Paid plans, all work done will be itemized and emailed to the you indicating the amount of time you have used and the amount of time remaining on your plan. Unused monthly hours may be rolled over up to one month after their expiring date.

Warranty and Return information

Monthly plans are not covered under warranty. Hours purchased under a monthly plan expire 60 days after purchase if they are unused. With monthly plans, you are paying for web-related services rendered by Automagic Studios in advance. Monthly plans will be billed to your credit card every month until you request to have your subscription canceled. When your plan is canceled, you will be refunded the remainder of the hours available in your account. Similar to prepaid plans, if you are unsatisfied with any services offered on the monthly plan, you may negate the time used for said services and apply it to other projects.  All technical support issues, research and trouble shooting on monthly plans will be debited from your account balance.
